Exciting Changes Coming!

Exciting improvements are coming to Northern Kentucky Federal Credit Union!

As part of an upcoming system upgrade designed to enhance your banking experience, some digital banking services may experience temporary downtime or limited access between June 30, 2026 and July 2, 2026 while updates are being completed.

Services that may be impacted include:

• Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) / Mobile Check Deposit
• Bill Pay
• Online Banking
• Debit Card / ATM Access

Members who use Bill Pay should download any needed payment history by 5:00 PM ET on June 30, 2026, as payment history will no longer be available through the current Bill Pay platform after that time.

Please note that NKFCU will be closed on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 as our team works through the conversion process. We will also be closed on Saturday, July 4, 2026 in observance of Independence Day.

We will be open during normal business hours on Thursday, July 2 and Friday, July 3.

We are very excited about these upcoming enhancements and appreciate your patience and support during this transition. Our staff will be working hard — including overtime behind the scenes — to make this process as smooth as possible for our members.
